As promised, let's let the craft shame continue! Here are some more cards, these ones *somewhat* more recent, like April/May/June.
Getting better, but still needs work!
Mother's Day card for my MIL. Hand colored all those freakin butterflies I thought it would take forever lol! I guess I am impatient because there are definitely more detailed images out there to color.
Mother's Day card for my mom. I asked her what she wanted for Mother's Day and she said "ice cream". So I made her this card and put 3 $5 gift certificates to Baskin Robbins, Sonic, and Dairy Dan. Of course the Tattered Angels Glimmer Mist doesn't show up.
Father's Day Card for my FIL. It's about as manly as I could make it! Haha :-)
This is a Father's Day card for my Dad. It's somewhat hard to read, but says Have a F'ant'astic Father's Day! I'm a sucker for cute word play.
Here are two simple postcards I made to send to my husband's friend who was in jail.
We just wanted to let him know we were praying for him.
My mom wanted some cards to send to people so I made her this. You can tell I like the butterfly set, eh? I think it's cute and easy :-)
Another card for Mom, below a zoom on the quilling I learned how to do.
Quilling is excellent for black card stock, as stamps will obviously not show up. Not to mention it's super easy to do - if a bit time consuming. But what crafty crap isn't!?
Hope you enjoy my progression, and I hope you are progressing in your hobbies as well. It may be embarrassing to look back, but if you don't, you can't see how far you've come!
