Card Week, Day 5

It wouldn't be "Card Week" without a full week of posting a full week's worth pics of cards, so happy Friday to you all!  Embarassing cards, cute cards, romantic cards, glitzy cards, friendly cards, thankful cards and more!  From Distress Ink and Glimmer Mists to punches and embellishments, from Stickles and glitter to eyelets and brads, this has been a fun week for me and hope it has been for you too.

Enough blathering and on with the show!

You'll notice the one on the left is a bit short...I was trying to use some decorative scissors that weren't that sharp so they kept mangling my edge but I didn't want to start over!  The one on the right was all inspired by that pretty ribbon from Hobby Lobby, I like how it turned out.

Kind of light, but the top one says "Girlfriends are forever friends".  That lace was really hard to pin down, I wasn't sure what type of adhesive I should use - I ended up running it through my 5 inch Xyron sticker maker - perfect!  The bottom one is probably the actual first of the 'good cards'.  Love the color palette.

Speaking of palettes, I love the top one here, it's like carnival colors.  The bottom one I think is really elegant, I'm glad I found that paper {are any of you out there paper hoarders too...?}

The top one was an experiment with Glossy Accents, I put them on top of the dragonflies and they turned out pretty cool.  The bottom was all based on the paisley ribbon, with quilled paisleys (is that what they're called individually?) at the bottom.

Thanks again for checking out the cards I've made.  Do you have a favorite?  Anything you'd like to see more of, or an idea that you think could be a big seller? ;-) Let me know!

Happy Friday, have a crafty weekend!
Kristina
