You may have noticed I’ve been in a week-long food coma from Biscuit Fest, but today I’m back with a fun nautical-themed masculine card. Just the ticket for Simon Says Stamp challenge and Simon Says Stamp and Show Challenge!
I had quite a bit of fun with this card. I started out with my latest obsession – that Hero Arts Studio Calico lattice background. The rest of the stamps are My Cute Stamps. I added 3 lifesaver rings and a little anchor on the right side of the card. I stamped a sailboat and colored with Copics, and stamped Ahoy to tie them together. For some extra whimsy, I cut out 1x1 squares, popped them up on foam tape over aqua twine and colored them – they actually say A-H-O-Y in International Maritime Signal Flags!
