Happy Mother’s Day to all the fantastic moms out there! I made a set of 5 cards for my mother in law, who I am very blessed to have. Many wives do not get along with their mother in law, but mine is great! I made her a set of cards, hope she and y’all enjoy!
I used: papers from 6x6 sets by Basic Grey, Authentique, and Bo Bunny; Liquid Pearls; Hero Arts Sentiments.
This is the actual Mother’s Day card Jeff and I are giving her. She loves seashells and I hadn’t used this stamp that I found at a garage sale last summer so I wanted to play with some Perfect Pearls on dark cardstock. It’s hard to pick up on camera, but it shimmers nicely when catching the light.
Here’s a better close-up to see the detail of the shell shapes. I’m thinking it would have been better on non-textured cardstock, but I still like how it turned out.
