I know I know, all that hype about Biscuit Fest and here it is July and I’m just now posting it (May 18 2013 – the 4th year with over 20,000 people!). No real reason – just life gets in the way sometimes, but enough about that – let’s get to the biscuits! Very pic heavy!!

Benton’s Smoky Mountain Country Hams – absolutely prized around these parts for their bacon. Super smoky.

People’s Choice Award: Applewood Farmhouse Restaurant - Andouille Shrimp and Grits Biscuit
People’s Choice Runners Up: Flourhead/ Tomato Head -Sweetwater Valley Smoked Cheddar and Onion Biscuit, and Tupelo Honey Cafe for the Green-Eyed Monster Pimento Cheese Buttermilk Biscuit. That Biscuit also won the award for Best Biscuit Name.
