Happy Tuesday friends – we are so close to the Christmas holidays I can hardly stand it
Are you done with all of your Christmas cards (making/buying/sending)? I am good in that department, just making for fun to send to friends on Twitter/blogland now – if you want me to send you one, follow me @PearlGateway and email me your address to send, so fun to send cards and make someone smile!
Today I’m sharing a card I made from Chupa’s sketchbook saturday challenge – I don’t believe I participated before, but her card was so stunningly gorgeous I just had to play along – hopefully I don’t embarrass myself!
You may noticed I flipped the sketch on its side. I found some random paint chip, so decided to use it a la Virginia Lu has been doing lately Happy birthday by the way! ETA: I didn’t even know Virginia was doing a challenge incorporating paint chips, how serendipitous is that! See that challenge here. Some fun SSS snowflake die cuts, feather, epoxy stickers, red sequins all layered over some Mister Huey’s in White and Shine.
My husband said this was ‘different’ & ‘eclectic’ which I think is code for he doesn’t like it What do you think?
